Serve as the welcoming face of Big Wave by answering the resident front desk phone, greeting and checking in visitors, assisting residents and caregivers, directing deliveries, and providing general information and support. As the hub of daily activity, this role helps ensure the community runs smoothly while creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who comes through the doors.
